REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Green And Purple Smoke Shop offers a customer satisfaction guarantee return policy. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason and want to make a return, refund, and/or credit claim requests, you must email* your request to us within ten (10) days of delivery. Due to legal liability, Green And Purple Smoke Shop does not accept returns on items that have been used.

All return claims**, refund claims, and/or credit claims sent by email will be replied to with specific instructions within six (6) hours of us receiving the emailed claim request during business days and hours. 

**Unused returned items that are re-stocked are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee that is deducted from the refund. 

 

When sending your email claim request please enter in the email subject box your Order No. and one of the Claim Request(s) that apply:

  • "Return Claim Request" for returns
  • "Refunds Claim Request" for refunds
  • "Credit Claim Request" for shop credit 

All customer care inquiries will be responded to within a timely manner during business days and hours:

  • Monday-Friday between 11:30 AM - 9:30 PM (EST)
  • Saturday between 11:30 AM - 7:30 PM (EST)
